It’s impossible to predict a firm timeframe for the appeal and proceedings when you want to receive asylum in the US. As soon as your asylum application is denied, you need to appeal to an Immigration Court.
The first hearing might take just a few minutes, but the dates for the first and following hearings will be specified additionally by the court and don’t depend on you. By law, you can accept an expedited removal to make the appeal process shorter, and your hearing will be set within three six month (180 days exactly) from the time you filed your asylum application.
